First impressions are always important, and the friendly but very professional approach when we first spoke meant a lot, given that I had a quite valuable but seriously damaged rug needing substantial repair and careful cleaning. In the event that work was done beautifully and I also had three other rugs cleaned, one a vintage kilim which now looks lovely. All in all, very nice to deal with, excellent work, reasonable prices, absolutely recommended.
